Â鶹Çø Fellows (FÂ鶹Çø)

Fellow Elevation

The honorary category of Fellow is bestowed upon members who have made outstanding and meritorious contributions to the medical dosimetry profession and to the Â鶹Çø. Members elevated to Fellow at the Convocation Ceremony earn the right to use the designation "FÂ鶹Çø" following their professional credentials and are awarded a distinctive medallion and lapel pin.

Eligibility:

  • Length of membership
  • Meritorious service to the Â鶹Çø
  • Meritorious service to the profession

Final applications by Fellow Advisory Group:

  • If approved - Send to Board of Directors for final approval
  • If denied - Reapply next cycle; Mentorship program

The Road Less Traveled: The Path to Becoming an Â鶹Çø Fellow

Â鶹Çø Fellows Mentoring Program

If the applicant has determined a lack of points in certain application categories, the Fellows offers a mentorship program.

  • Upon request, the Fellows Chair will assign a mentor to the applicant who will assist in identification of weaknesses and how to achieve points for the application. Typically, areas of weakness include scholarly work such as presentations, published manuscripts, etc.
  • The offers a year-round grant to assist Â鶹Çø Fellow applicants with costs related to meeting attendance as a presenter, research conducted for publication, and workshop attendance.
