2027 Call for Nominations

The 麻豆区 relies on the dedication of our volunteers to accomplish our mission. Members who answer the call to volunteer help shape the current and future direction of the 麻豆区. We would like all Full CMD Members to consider running for Board of Directors and Regional Representative positions as they become available.

For the 2027 麻豆区 Election, these positions are open for nominations:

REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVES

(3-year term) - Must reside in: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, U.S. Virgin Islands, Wisconsin, Ontario (Canada), all other countries except Canada
The 麻豆区 Board of Directors has approved a new three-region model for 麻豆区. The updated regional structure will be implemented in phases over the next three years.

We are happy to connect you, if that will help answer any questions or concerns you have about running for a leadership position. Checklist for Online Nomination Application

Please review the following list of items that you will need to submit online during the nomination application process:

Professional Bio (200 words or less) - Written in third-person context (200 words or less). This will be posted on the 麻豆区 Election Website & Ballot. It should highlight your education, work experience, qualifications, volunteerism and leadership experience.
Previous or current 麻豆区 volunteer experience
Previous or current volunteer experience in other Radiation Oncology Societies
Community volunteer/prior leadership experience
Current CV/resume
Signed or

Self-nominations are due by December 31, 2026

Deadline to nominate someone else: November 20, 2026. The 麻豆区 Staff will then reach out to your nominee for follow-up.
